Dr. Spurgeon Webber III


Dr. Webber graduated Charlotte Catholic High School with honors. He then graduated from Duke University with an AB degree in Chemistry and moved on to Howard University College of Dentistry where he acquired his D.D.S. in 1986. He received an advanced certificate in a General Practice Residency in 1987 from Carolinas Medical Center.

Since 1989 Dr. Webber has been serving the community in private practice and has recently opened a new high-tech dental office in SouthPark. He is married to former news anchor, Sterlin Benson Webber, and they have a young daughter, Symphony. Dr. Webber pledges “we love smiles. We will give you and your family a wonderful dental experience by bridging the art of caring dentistry with innovative technology.” Dr. Webber is a Certified Lumineers and Invisalign Dentist.

Dr. Nazila Alimohammadi

Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, Dr. Alimohammadi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science, and minor in Studio Art from Wake Forest University.  She was a founding member of the Pre-Dental Student Society, which she served as president during her senior year. Additionally, her public art piece “The Periodic Table” was featured in the Journal of Chemical and Engineering News.

Upon completing her undergraduate studies, she went on to do research on the subjects of cervical cancer at the Penn State University School of Medicine, and drug delivery systems in dentistry at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.  Her research was published in the Journal of Dental Materials (Volume 23, Issue 4, Pages 404-409, April 2007).

Dr. Alimohammadi received her D.D.S. degree from Creighton University Medical Center School of Dentistry.  While in dental school she was selected to serve as teaching assistant in several courses, participated in community dentistry clinics, and organized a charity golf tournament to raise money for underprivileged patients.   She returned to her native North Carolina to practice in Charlotte.

Dr. Alimohammadi is also fluent in Farsi.  Her favorite part about being a dentist is combining art and science to create healthy, beautiful smiles.

Dr. Robert A. Lowe

Dr. Robert A. Lowe received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, magna cum laude, graduating second in his class from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1982. Following graduation, he completed a one year Dental Residency, receiving additional expertise in several disciplines including Restorative and Rehabilitative Dentistry, Aesthetic Dentistry, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Sedation Dentistry, completing a rotation in Surgical Anesthesia. Dr. Lowe has maintained a full time private dental practice for 26 years and is also a world recognized clinician in the field Cosmetic and Rehabilitative Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, state and local dental society components, as well as being a sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and a member of the American Society of Dental Aesthetics. Dr. Lowe taught Restorative and Rehabilitative Dentistry for 10 years at Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago, IL and has accumulated and presenting hundreds of hours of continuing education hours each year since graduation. As a result, Dr. Lowe has received Fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry, International College of Dentists, Academy of Dentistry International, Pierre Fauchard Academy, American College of Dentists, and the International Academy of Dento-Facial Aesthetics, honors bestowed by his peers for recognition of his many contributions to the dental profession as a clinician and teacher.

In 2004, Dr. Lowe received the Gordon Christensen Outstanding Lecturer Award for his contributions in the area of Dental Education. In 2005, he received Diplomate status on the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry, an honor shared by less than 50 dentists in the entire United States. Dr. Lowe has authored, published several hundred articles in many phases of cosmetic and rehabilitative dentistry in several highly respected Dental Publications, some of which he sits on their editorial boards, and has contributed to dental textbooks, over his 26 year career. He is a consultant for a number of the most prominent dental manufacturer’s world wide and active as a key opinion leader in the development of new materials and techniques. In the area of Laser Dentistry, Dr. Lowe has helped to pioneer and publish on several laser assisted cosmetic procedures and is a founding member of the World Clinical Laser Institute. As a clinical and educational leader in the field, Dr. Lowe is consistently named to the “Top 100 Clinicians in Dentistry” by Dentistry Today.
